Grilled Wahoo with Chipotle-Mandarin Orange Butter
Fresh Hawaiian Wahoo lightly seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper is grilled and finished with a compound butter of mandarin orange & zest, chipotle and select spices. 20
Grilled Filet Mignon with Dried Cherry-Horseradish Demi-Glace
A rich, tender 7-8 oz filet mignon grilled with a bit Worcestershire, kosher salt and black pepper and finished with a silky demi glace with the essence of dried cherries and a bit of horseradish that adds a wonderful contrast. 29
